There are eight traditional cottages in total, arranged in two blocks—one with two-bedroom cottages and another with three-bedroom cottages.

There are currently four apartments available, with more on the way. Unlike the cottages, these units are all on a single level—three-bedroom apartments are located on the ground floor, while the two-bedroom apartments are upstairs.
